This thing does its job and keeps my tour pack on. I have a 09 hd Ultra classic, very sturdy so far and it’s been about 5 months no issue with durability. Now the notches for the rails on the bike portion either mine are loose or the notches are a little bit too big but with the locks it doesn’t go anywhere that an easy fix for me probably could throw some rubber inbetween or plastic to make it solid but overall love its operation, fitment and durability and even when wet no rust it was perfect.
