The way the clamps are constructed you can not get them past the bend on handlebars as the clamp diameter is exactly 22mm. The clamps are a poor design 2 piece simple puzzle. These would have been perfect if the clamp was hinged, but as they are they are useless. At first I thought well I will just run them above the bend, but they are way too short to work that way fully extended with one thread barely grabbing on they still won't reach. If you casually look at the pics for the item it looks like a hinged clamp but it is not. Waste of money, straight into the bin.I gave it two stars because it did arrive quickly and the machining and anodizing is nicely done, the design is just poorly thought out.
