This cable works great. I use these hard wired to provide power to my controllers all the time so that I don't burn through batteries constantly. Plugged them in and they fit exactly as the OEM battery replacement and they fit perfectly. The only downside for me is that they are shorter than the OEM so I cannot sit across the room wit them plugged into the Xbox. My solution was to plug them into a wall charger and problem solved.I recommend these as a alternative to the OEM to same some money, but be aware that they are shorter.

Cable is a little shorter than a regular wired controller or the original charge cable for the 360 wireless controllers but the build quality is good and it works like its supposed to. Controller works just like it should normally so this is a win. Good price, good quality initial impression.Will updated as needed if anything changes, but this seems like a decent piece at a decent price.
