The craftsmanship and sturdiness of the design are amazing. I purchased the latex one (2 other pictures) at a convention for $30 and it was a great deal. With that said, the $100 is a bargain for this helmet not only for Coldplay but display purposes.

This is no different than Daredevil’s actual helmet/mask from the Netflix series. When I watch Season 2 of Daredevil or the Defenders, Daredevil has this exact mask. Every detail is correct. It even came with a balaclava to wear under it exactly like Daredevil wears.

Sitting on a shelf, this helmet looks really great. Very decent quality. There are some issues worth noting though:- The helmet is completely hard and rigid. This may or may not be a good thing for you (and is certainly preferable for display) but because of this I am unable to wear it. I believe it would fit over my face just fine but the opening is just a tiny bit too small to go over my head because it has no flex whatsoever. Fortunately I didn't buy it to wear so it's not a deal breaker for me, but if I'd intended it for costume purposes, it would not have worked out.- No padding inside. My wife tried it on and since her head is smaller than mine it fit her (actually a bit too big for her). However she says it's extremely uncomfortable since there is zero padding inside and some of the hard edges dig into her skin. I've seen a previous version of this helmet form this company on Youtube and it came fully padded inside.- The manufacturer logo is engraved on the back. It's pretty small and subtle and not nearly as pronounced as previous versions of the helmet, and again as a display piece it isn't a huge problem, but I thought it was worth mentioning since you can't really tell in the pictures.- There are no lenses in the eye holes. If you want something accurate to the show, you'll need to find your own lenses to put in it. I haven't had much luck with this. The way it's molded inside doesn't really give a good place to adhere lenses and the eyeholes are more curved than most sunglasses lenses so assuming you can find lenses that aren't too big or too small (which again, I haven't been able to after several tries), it would be extremely difficult to affix them and still actually look good.Other than the above gripes, I really do like the helmet and it looks wonderful sitting on a shelf with some other Daredevil odds and ends I've collected.

The mask is perfect and almost completely show accurate to season 1. Looks great and fits great but there's a catch. The mask is hard to slide over your ears and that makes it hard for people to put it on, but once its on its not too tight or anything. It really depends on how much you're willing to take for your cosplay. If you don't mind scuffing your ears a tiny bit on the way down to get it on, you'll at least look really cool.
