The product is good but after a 10 mins ride the rubber parts broke off the backrest, contact seller and they say 20-30 days for them to get u the replacement parts.

I received my tour pack a week ago ( today is the 13th) I didn't get any hardware to attach backrest to tour pack or hardware to attach tour pack to bracketAnd I can't seem to get a direct response to my problem. So I'm very disappointed with XFMT. Sincerely James fendone

this product is poor quality and you do not get as advertised. there is NO hardware that comes with it. The holes are NOT aligned to the backrest or bracket. You have to drill holes in it. They you have to get sealant to fill the unused holes. Even after all the extra time and money.......the hinges are loose and the whole thing rattles. it is useless.

Hinges are very thin metal and warp easily.Lock mechanism is cheap and malfunctions.Looks great tho…

Very easy to install and looks awesome. The black gloss paint is a perfect match and the hardware is good. Really can’t go wrong with this. Highly recommend this pack.

This pack is garbage and unfortunately I'm leaving on a trip soon and won't be able to return. Sounded good for the money but you get what u pay for on this one. Can't leave unlocked, key has to be in to close so that has to be switched. The long lid save wire gets caught when closing and has 4 screws its attached with showing on the outside right above the scratched up corner. Lid does not sit right at all and have to wiggle it around to get it to latch. No bottom metal bracket for reinforcement on the Phillips screws that they send to attach to the quick release. Much better makes on Amazon and the only reason I grabbed this was because the quick release. Should have spent the extra 100 and got it all separately. Oh and the backrest don't work with this thing. So either need to drill 6 more holes leave it off with the two holes showing. Trash.

The bag locks are inconvenient, must have the key in it to open. No mounting hardware included as none of the holes align for the seat back, or mounting system. The paint is un finished and the front was scratched upon arrival, low quality hinges for sure. The seller would not communicate with me concerning a return or exchange. I do not recommend.
