Not too difficult to assemble. If you've ever built a six-piece Lego set without the instructions, you can probably figure it out. I did have to purchase new, longer fender bolts from the Honda dealer to get it attached as well as some spacers for the luggage rack belts so that the nuts and bolt end did not scratch the fender. The luggage rack bolts and nuts are poor quality and strip very easily. You can use any other nut and bolt pair instead of the ones provided.

Came with no instructions.Chrome was peeling off metal when unwrapped. Crome peeling off actually cut my finger.looks nice when installed.
