I bought it for both Dina low rider 2017 and Softale Deluxe 2018.Yes, if you want hide the wire on Deluxe, two bolts holding the tank needs to be removed to elevate to pass wire under. Dyna doesn't require it.It is little bit loose on handle bar, but...one loop of friction tape and it fit loke a glove. Tight and solid.Very durable.Absolutely same quality like one on Harley web site. But price, almost 4 time less.Great product.
