Bought a pair of these to mount on top of my saddlebags. They are made Ok. Welds don’t look great up close but they look good once installed. This was a custom addition to my bike so I can’t speak to how they fit whatever they are supposed to fit but for the money they worked for me.

The fit and finish of the rack was horrible. Welds were a globbed mess, never saw a side grinder. Where the rack mounts to seat bolts looked like it was machined with a cheese grater, I machined for years, this wouldn't pass Q.C. But hey what should I've expected for $20.00. spend twice as much and you might find one worthy to bolt on your Harley.
