We have an Infinity QX60 with a factory installed roof rack and despite the "Universal" fit that they designed to grip onto the crossbars, our racks are both slightly tilted back, cannot get them level, but our SUP has stayed attached and we have used it about 5 times already. Another thing, we had to attach a towel to the support strap in the front because the vibrations from the wind while driving was causing scuff/scratch marks to the front hood of the SUV.

Had one pair for about 1.5 years and this second pair not that long... but they both have the same issues. The locking mechanism that latches the board down eventually sort of wears out. Just slips the straps loose, no matter how tight you make it. Board almost came off the thing rolling down the hwy several times. From what I've found, you can get a good year out of them with decent peace of mind, but after that, you'll be a little stressed that your board my just fly off the car. But... if you treat these as a great 1st system for your board, and pair it with other straps to tie it down.. it's a soft way to carry the board on your vehicle. Use them, but have backup straps on hand.

Easy to install and use. I have driven 7 hours with a surfboard strapped in and had no issues with stability, or surfboard coming loose. Have stacked 2 surfboards on top and it fits well with no issues.

Yakima SUPPUP racks are easy to install, and hold my SUP securely. The included tail tie-down straps are a must for a long SUP, and I used the Sherpak Quick Loop in lieu of installing a towing eye.The only thing that I don't like about the SUPPUP is the whistling wind noise, perhaps I will remove the racks when not needed, as the wind noise is quite noticeable in my RAV4.

The Yakima SUPPUP Rack was easy to install, easy to operate, and the 11' SUP Board fit perfectly on it protecting the fiberglass. The straps are easy to use and held the SUP Board down strongly. We installed the SUPPUP on the YAKIMAN Round Bar system and it locks on to the bars very well. The only complaint we have so far, is the "YAKIMA" stick on labeling mounted on the SUPPUPs are peeling off and it no longer spells YAKIMA. Although that does not effect the operation of the racks, it's just disappointing that the labeling only lasted one day.
