Some of the hardware was still in the box, some was on the sidewalk where they dropped the box, some I had to go and buy at the hardware store. It was extremely hard to unroll, but it straightened out after a few hours with rocks in the corners. I used it to drag a lot of brush, and I pulled it by hand. The slots on the side made it much easier to tip the brush off

Hard plastic sheet seems to be very durable. The tow bar is fine but needs to be 2 bars no just one the bolts will and did pull through the plastic sheet. May work better on snow

This Gorilla Carts 7 Cu. Ft. Yard Cart performed even better than I expected! It made hauling everything from piles of leaves to heavy limbs an absolute breeze. The sturdy design and impressive weight capacity allowed me to tackle big jobs in half the time it usually takes. The large wheels make it easy to maneuver over uneven terrain, and the handle design is comfortable, even during extended use. Assembly was straightforward, and the cart feels durable and well-constructed, built to last for many seasons to come. If you're looking for a yard cart that combines functionality, reliability, and ease of use, this is it. Highly recommend!

Update: Despite the seller's immediate response to offer a full refund based on the below review, Amazon made that process difficult, but eventually agreed to accept the refund. Thank you to seller Ansgery - I have changed my review to reflect the ease of working with you.The first time I attempted to slowly pull this sled all the hardware fell apart and ripped through the sled - not a great start. I rigged something up with beefier bolts to sandwich the sled between 2x4s and was able to do what I needed to do. Would never purchase again though... Make sure there is enough support/grip on the sled when using this kind of product!

Problem #1 - The sealed bag of mounting bolts was missing half of the necessary nuts.Problem #2 - If you install the hardware like the pictures on the included instructions the front of the sled will dig into the ground, and probably fail. The bolt eyes, and bolt heads with washers want to be on the plastic side, not the pipe side. When you drag the sled with the hardware mounted this way the front end of the sled will turn up and glide over rough ground.
