K cups fall between slots. Rods are too far apart on some rows. When that happened they get stuck.

Ok quality but the drawers do not slide in and out. The bars between the pods to too far apart so the cups just fall through and slide all over the place.

This item is really convenient - I have the coffee pot on top and the pods in the drawers. The only thing I notice is that the pods are a little narrow for the "rails"; in other words, the "lip" of the pod is not wide enough to be held on both sides of where they sit; they fall through on 1 side. It doesn't affect the effectiveness of the storage, though. I would buy this again if something happens to this one.

The pod drawers are very poorly designed. The cups slip under the wires and you have to fight to get them out. The drawers also have no retainers so if you pull it out more than halfway it will try to fall on the floor
