Used these for shelving. Had to shim all of them as these are nowhere close to 90 degrees. Might be worth getting a better product to save a lot of time

I recently used the 4 Pcs 90 Degree Gusseted Fittings for a project, and they worked perfectly for reinforcing my Unistrut connections. Made from durable carbon steel Q235, these brackets feel solid and secure. The 4-hole design provides a strong right-angle connection, making it ideal for heavy-duty applications. The gusseted structure adds extra stability, and the size (4" x 4" x 1-1.5") fits 1-5/8" channels perfectly. They were easy to install and provided excellent support for my setup. If you're looking for reliable and sturdy corner brace fasteners, these are a great choice for structural work or other projects.

I was looking for some heavy duty brackets to keep my work bench square. The product photo does not do them justice. These are even heavier than they look in the photos. Bolted them in the upper corners of my bench top and not nothing will make it move. I feel very confident that these will last for ever, probably longer than the bench will. These worked out great. Very very happy with them.

These gussets are very strong but they are not square. I was able to make them work but keep in mind they are not perfect 90 degree angles.

Heavy duty steel. 3/16" thick. Slotted holes are wide so washers might be needed. Essentially one piece of steel bent on two side with one weld. High load capacity.

What I liked was how heavy-duty they are, holes line up correctly with unistrut, and the price was reasonable. Disliked the fact that I had to waste a lot of time and energy using a file to enlarge holes. Doing so removed coating creating a place for rust to start. Also, mine are not a perfect 90°. I would recommend tightening the 2 bolts closet to the bend, then evenly tighten the others.
