Original: The back rest came in, just fine. The mounts look fine; however, the nuts, bolts and washers were missing. (3-stars)Update: I returned/replaced the backrest, same issue, except "some" of the (wrong sized) nuts and bolts came in and missing the back rest spring. Returned. Don't waste your time. (1-star). Returned.
