Installed these about 3-4 months ago. Exact replacement for a 99 silverado. Can't say anything toward longevity yet but if they last 3-5 years, I will be very happy!! The pair were less than buying 1 OEM from local parts stores. I want to say the local OEM was $230'ish for ONE. These were around $90 for the pair. Means I could buy 4 sets for cheaper.

It was not identical to OEM so it doesn't automatically unlock when I put it in park

I just wanted to replace lock actuator to find out that the actuator doesn’t have same components as per the original. The price and the way they are great to as OEM part. You’ll save money and headaches on looking for just the lock actuator

make sure you place the rods from the original install in the exact same place. . Door shuts and locks easier the the worn out one I originally had.
