This is attractive and reasonably comfortable. I had a lot of trouble with one of the screws not lining up well and the wicker wrap was in the way. I probably spent as much time on that one bolt as the whole rest of the project. The cushions would benefit from some kind of strap or velcro to keep them in place. The slightest wind knocks them askew and they end up on the ground

Pretty easy to put together, there weren't a ton of parts, and the directions were pretty clear and easy to understand. I would suggest, like anytime you put together something like this, to set all of the screws finger tight then go back and tighten. One of the arms took a little convincing to get into the right place, but once everything got tightened it felt really sturdy.A lot of pillows on this love seat, I almost feel like the ones that sit against the arms aren't needed, but better to have more than not enough.I am 6'4, and find the love seat is pretty comfortable to sit and even slouch in.Happy with the product

I like this loveseat a lot, and am happy to have it for my covered deck. It looks really cool. I find the gray and blond wicker with black accents color scheme to be stylish. And the overall build is solid—it features a metal frame, welded joints, and securely bolted connections. It is also fairly easy to put together: the only problem I encountered was that it was sometimes difficult to line up and start the bolts because the wicker was in the way. But stay with it, as it just requires some patience. And the end result is strong, good looking, and comfortable.Having said all that, there are some things prospective buyers should be aware of. It is on the smallish side. While it would probably support it, I doubt that two adult Americans would want to sit on it together. I think of it more as a spacious one person chair. I would also point out that in spots where the bolts go into the frame, the wicker is cut through. It comes that way. But the result is wicker that is already a bit loose, and which I suspect will become more so over time. I intend to add some glue to those areas on my loveseat. The manner of construction also leaves a couple of spots where bolt heads are exposed. I don’t think it’s a big deal, but some folks might not like it. And although this chair is intended for outdoor use—the product web page used the term “all weather”—I think it belongs in covered or shaded areas rather than out in the open.So there you have it. This is a nice looking, useful product…but one that has a few issues. Personally, I would not let that slow me down from buying it. When I ordered mine it was selling for about one-hundred-sixty dollars. It’s a good value at that price.

This loveseat looked like it would be a piece of cake to assemble since there aren't many pieces. Well, I want to let you know my experience in case it's helpful. I assembled this by myself, balancing the seat back on a horizontal surface (22" tall bird cage--shorter would be better), while attaching it to the seat, which was positioned vertically with front of seat touching floor. I suppose that could be reversed, with seat upside down across a surface and the back piece being vertical. Pretty much every screw was a struggle and had me thinking it's not possible. I think the caning maybe gets in the way somewhat. I felt a sense of accomplishment after every. single. screw. I made sure to not tighten any screw all the way until all were fairly in place. That allowed a little wiggle room to adjust until I found each hole. I just want you to know it DOES fit together but perseverence is key! A second pair of hands would likely make the whole process easier. Also, note that the legs should angle outward. (I didn't pay attention and had to correct the first leg.)I've been wanting a patio loveseat similar to this from a major retailer for a few years (at a much higher price) but never got around to splurging. This one seems to be very good quality. I truly can't imagine the other being superior. It's very sturdy, supposedly accommodates the weight of two people, and there's ample room to not touch each other if you move the side pillows. It's not tiny as I feared it might be. It's a perfectly fine seat height. (I'm 5'7".) The seat cushion is quite firm, which I would think means it'll maintain form pretty well, though I don't know that. The bar does not hit behind the legs. (I had stackable chairs that did--it was awful.) It seems decently comfortable, though I havent sat in it for more than a few minutes (and now it's out on the patio in zero degree weather so that's not going to happen). The caning is securely attached. Nothing seems in the least bit questionable. I LOVE the casual boho look and how it matches my egg chair as if made to go together! It's just what I've been wanting, and is going to look so pretty come spring with a throw blanket and... and... Oh! I'm so excited to finally have the attractive, welcoming patio I've wanted for so long! (Hopefully I'll remember to come back and add a photo then.)

We really like this bench and use it a lot. It is not heavy but it is very sturdy. It is just the right size for the area we need it for. The assembly was a little longer than I expected but not too difficult. It looks good. I will say the seat part does feel a bit shallow, but not uncomfortable shallow. Overall for the quality of it I do think it's a good value.

I have no idea how this is even allowed to be sold. NONE OF the screws go into the holes. We had to pry two of them and the third one NO CHANCE. it seems like it would be so easy. But it’s impossible. We spent two hours trying.
