Product arrived with part of assembly fasteners missing from a torn open blister pack, and a torn seam on the bag where it meets a black plastic edging.Tow hitch is pretty mickey mouse in design and fabrication.But it's relatively cheap, so you get what you pay for. If you are looking for average or better quality, this is not the sweeper for you.

The instructions to put this together are terrible. Abysmal, really.We got it put together, but then it wasn't correct and we had to disassemble it and put it back together.I _think_ it will work once we're done and it seems pretty solid, but sheesh. It's a pain in the butt.
