I ordered this because I really enjoy felting and this kit is jam packed full and will give you hours of fun. You get a little basket kit, that kind of resembles a picnic basket, and even the basket is great quality and is perfect for storing the contents. And once you're done, you'll have a nice little basket tote. In addition it comes with a full how-to step by step manual booklet of color photos to show you how each project is done. Each project in the kit is pre-packaged so you have exactly the wool color you need for it with just the right amount needed. And once you've made all your little felt treats, you have a small plastic display stand that resembles a three-tiered cupcake stand. It's all well designed and put together beautifully. All the necessary tools are provided, including the felt, the needles, a couple of comfortable grip holders for the needles, extra little add-ons like ribbon, and some leather thimbles for covering your fingers so they're not poked. It's all a great quality kit and well worth the price.

This needle felting kit is so cool. I had zero experience going in but I love learning new crafts. This kit came with everything needed to get started on the hobby of needle felting. There is even a cute little display included. My daughter is also into crafting and she was able to learn this with me because there is enough included for two to be able to work on the shapes. I also love the basket it came in. It keeps everything organized and looks great.

Love, love, love this kit! Whether you are a new needle felting crafter or just want a new kit to try, this is the kit for you! It has all the wool to make 13 different afternoon tea items to include: a dessert cup, coffee cup, ice cream, cookie, custard tart, croissant, lollipop, apple pie, donut, cake slice, cupcake, swiss roll, and macaron. Kit includes both a booklet with step by step instructions and QR code videos (next to instructions in booklet) for ease of making each item in the kit. Love how each dessert item is packaged and labeled separately to make it easy to find/make each piece. Kit also included two sets of leather finger covers and lots of needle felting needles with 2 wooden handles if you like to use those. The cute, blue suitcase has a magnetic toggle closure and threaded hinges. You can use it to store your finished project and or to give away when finished making the tea set.Again, order this kit...great price for all the items included, quality of needles and wood handles is excellent, and the cute little suitcase....so perfect!

I've been needle felting for years, but I still enjoy kits sometimes. This kit is absolutely adorable. And so unique! It comes with everything you need to make the picnic items shown. Even the 3 tier dessert tray is in there. And it all comes in a well made woven 'wicker' picnic basket that latches closed. The directions were easy to understand, and really take you step by step through the process for each item. I found the wool easy to felt There is enough to make each item, but be aware of the size; it's easy to make it too big and not have enough wool. You really get a lot for the price.

My daughter and I are planning a craft weekend. I got this for that.CASEThe case for this is really amazing. It is like a really nice picnic basket. It is heavy duty and very well made. The paint is a beautiful blue color. The hinges, handles, and front closure is also well done.WOOLThere is a great assortment of wool in this kit. It seems to have more than enough to do if you try to stick to intended size in the instructions. The colors are accurate in regards to the instructions and photos.TOOLSThere is a nice set of handles for holding the felting needles in either single or multiple. The wooden handle is minimal but nice. There are two foam blocks which makes it easier for us to both work.STANDI love the little stand. It is really cute, and you can put it away when done. It allows you to use it for a small tea part if you like- it is not super fancy, but it works.INSTRUCTIONSThe instructions in this kit are well laid out and they look easy to follow. I have done some felting and I am impressed with the color photos and how well the instructions are laid out. The booklet is fantastic quality compared to some of the booklets I have gotten with minimal photos or instruction.THE BOTTOM LINEI love this kit. It is attractive and has everything we need to do all of the projects. Everything is well laid out, easy to store, and carry with.MY RATINGFIVE STARS so far. I hope to update after our craft weekend so you can see how some of it turned out. We love having tea parties at our house so this craft is a favorite of ours to make. The kids always enjoy the fancy way that tea treats on a stand look and this will be enjoyable to replicate in felting. My kids that will use this are older, this is not meant for little kids.
