I received a left crank arm and it was super obvious that it was a used part. There were hammer marks on it and there were scratches where you can tell someone tried to put a pedal on it, the threads don't even accept the pedal threads. (Yes I was turning the threads the right way.)The product also doesn't even look like the advertised photo.I've always heard of people getting sent used products as if they were new, this is a first for me. I would have been okay with a partial refund even, however the threads just don't even work. Don't buy. It's a waste of time.

Very well made, tolerances are perfect and it even comes with a screw in case the original one was damaged. Just make sure not to get mixed up between square and diamond or your pedal may end up being 45° off xD
