YOUNG PROPS 13.8 x 11 Replace OEM#48-8M8026560 Upgrade Aluminum Boat Propeller for Mercury Engines 40-140HP 2 & 4-Stroke 4 Blades 13.8dia x 11 Pitch Hub Kits Included 15Spline Tooth RHI used this prop to replace the OEM prop on my 1997 Mercury 125 outboard. The removal and installation were pretty easy. I’m not sure if I like the center insert. It appears to be plastic. My old one was brass, which seems like it would be a lot stronger. I did take off a star due to the paint chipping while I was installing it. I bumped up against the cone with my ratchet and some paint came off. I didn’t hit it hard at all and I feel like the paint should have held up against that light bump. Other than that, I think this is a really nice prop.

This replacement propeller is just as good as the OEM.Installation was simple. Everything is made very well and seemed super sturdy from the get go. The propeller has performed just fine during several runs, so I anticipate having this for a long time to come.

The YOUNG PROPS 13.8 x 11 works great. I do commercial crabbing and needed a prop to adjust speed lower to work trout line. This works and it was easy to install while I was out crabbing.

This propeller feels sturdy, and was really quick and easy to install. When I got the throttle it really takes off, better old propeller ever did. So far I'm very happy with this replacement propeller.

Excellent value as side by side you can't tell this one from the factory one. Easy to install and now my boat performs like it's supposed to.
