I've been looking for a solution for carrying an extinguisher on my truck for a while, and decided to give this a shot.I'm a big fan. Solid construction thanks to the metal build. My extinguisher was a 4" diameter, easily fit into the adjustable clamps. It was easy to tighten the clamps around your extinguisher, with an adjustment screw. Once tightened it feels very secure.The quick release pull is nice and firm, but also easy to pull. It takes a second to set the bracket back into the base, but once you're used to it, it should be no issue.I installed mine horizontally, and had no issues installing it. Once everything is tightened, this unit feels solid and well fixed to the frame.If you're looking for a Molle compatible solution for an extinguisher, I recommend this. It should be very durable in the elements and last a long time, a there's only one mechanical component, which is a release pin.

This metal fire extinguisher mount works great for mounting on a MOLLE panel. It allows you to mount it vertically and horizontally, wherever you have a MOLLE panel installed. The quick release feature is really innovative, and allows for quick access in the event of an emergency. A great product for overlanding and offroading vehicles.
