Short Press-Switch Motor Start and Stop
Counterclockwise rotation-duty cycle decreases
Clockwise rotation-duty cycle increases
Long press-enter the setting interface
Under the setup interface:
Short press-select the setting parameters, and the setting parameters are switched between the lower limit of the duty cycle, the upper limit of the duty cycle and the operating frequency. The display form of the lower duty cycle limit is "L" + two digits, the display form of the upper duty cycle limit is "H" + two digits or "100", and the display form of the working frequency is "F" + two digits.

I set this up to control the speed of a bilge pump. I had a small project box I put it in. The markings on the back are for hookup. I didn't particularly appreciate that there wasn't an off switch. (sorry for all the silicone in the picture wasn't a perfect fit in the box with wires)

Maybe I got a bad one. Used it twice and on a 12v battery to control speed on a small motor. The second time I used the controller it burned out.Update changed to 4 from one star. Customer service made it right.

This PWM generator is advertised specifically for being a brushed motor speed controller, though it can be used as just a pwm generator with the duty cycle adjustment. Works for my use, but your mileage may vary.
