Normally, do not write reviews. However, ZonePack got this one right. Worried about quality and completeness due to some reviews. So, inspected, inventoried and checked for quality flaws upon receipt. Very happy to say everything was there and the quality was excellent. I have an old high power magnifying work lamp that brings small objects up close and personnel. Every piece is clean, crisp, flat and even with the rest of the pieces. There's also a nice tapper from the top of the letter to the base of the letter providing a clean transition between the letter and your leather. The 6mm size is exactly what I was looking for "just my preference" for the work I do. The plastic box they come in will have to be replaced with better but that was expected and does not affect my review. Uploaded some images normal and through my magnifier but can't check them before finishing the review hope they help.

I give them a four star rating. I would love to say that they shorted me on a couple of small “e” & “r”’s that I actually need. But it wouldn’t be truthful. I received exactly what they said they would be sending me. No extra letters and not short of any letters. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not completely happy. They come in a bunch of little plastic bags and make it a real pain in the ass to sort out. They need to be presented in a case or box that makes it easy to access and use. But all in all you get what they tell you they’re giving you. (hint hint, please send me some extra e & r’s. 😃
