It showed a set of letters that had a LARGE DISTANCE of what was shipped. Also9 missing letters.

The letters moved around in the holder. They were tight to each other, but were able to move up and down. So the letters weren't in a perfectly straight line. Also the plastic box was broken. But on the plus side, none of the pieces were missing. Will probably return.

I was worried because some reviews said they didn't get everything. I got a special box and sorted and counted them all out. I got everything advertised. Nothing missing. It took a couple hours initially organizing them how I want them with the container I had. But now I just open it and grab them as needed.I ordered the 184 set time new Roman. I have plenty of extra letters for various names.and words. The stamp is large and I don't forsee me needing anything larger.You will have to get a case as if you use the case it comes with it will be a nightmare trying to find the letter you need. Some letters are identical. Such as lowercase N and lowercase U are exactly.the same. The lowercase D, B, P, and Q were hard to deciper which was which. I had to look at a chart of times new Roman to see exactly how each letter was shaped to place it in the.right spot. I could see you using the wrong one if you jumbled them all together.The end result looks so much more professional than what I am use to. No longer does it look like an amateur. The letters are properly placed, uniformed in depth on leather, and aligned like it was done with a laser and computer. It's quite the difference.I am very pleased. It was a high price for a hobby, but these will last me.my lifetime and more.Update.After a couples years I have used this. I love this set. I am debating about buying another set of different font. It's easy to change words and letters. It works every time. I dont even use it for foil stamping, just regular stamping in leather.

Hello for the price there should be better quality control. I do not have extra caps like in the photo also the D dose not line up with the M so I have to use a W in its place to make my order. the box and packaging is left to be desired . the other set that has a box is the same price but you get less letters. Thank you I will make it work

The set was not in the proportion as advertised. Some letters, numbers, and characters were either missing or had too many. Example there was only one “.” Instead of 3 as advertised. There were 5 “N” instead of 2 as advertised. This problem isn’t isolated to just these two examples.
