Used once for just a few minutes. it shorted itself out and quit working. melted the whole module. will post pictures later.

Thes PWM regulators all seem to work by varying what can pass to the negative connection. The Input voltage is always present at the positive connection. This results in a motor running full speed with NO control if the motor is not isolated from the negative side of the circuit.My case was a wiper motor for a tractor. Off the tractor eveything worked great. Installed it on tractor and had no control because bolting motor to the frame establishes the ground connection. Would not work in my application as I could not isolate the motor. Return was quick and painless

Came with no instruction beyond warning not to reverse polarity, has 4 unlabeled connections nothing polarity. 1 thing was rattling loose inside, turns out it never got soldered into location. Do not purchace this fan controller
