Order these Shock Absorbers for go kart. They wouldn't fit and the company advertised "returns" so I packed the "Shock Absorbers" with bubble packing returned by UPS. Now I have a refusal of the product refund because the items were "Severely Damaged." UPS severally damaged the shocks that were made to be used under very rough conditions or was I that rough opening the package? Does anyone really believe that maybe BBB will.

These are not 400lbs, despite what the product data says. The seller was helpful in getting a refund tho.

I am using these on a very small trailer and custom fabricating for behind my four-wheeler, in my opinion they work this exactly what I need them for, I have them on the lightest setting and they still give plenty of shock absorption

Bought for Chinese quad fronts. Cheapest I could find. Work great. Don't know how long they will last, but meet all expectations for the price.
