Exactly what I needed to put a stone on a dual shaft old school electric motor converted into a grinder/polishing wheel. I'm still tweaking the stone wheel to get it true!

Had to wrap some electrical tape around the threads to keep the first washer tight and level. Other than that minor fix it works great. I have attached an 8” lapidary wheel to it for sharpening animal grooming clippers.

The part I received had an inner hole smaller than 1/2 in.Did not fit on an electric motor with 1/2in arbor.Plus the two screws are uselessly long. And in addition, it's not even straight.Maybe I was not lucky.

These motor arbors are economical but still well-made. I have purchased 4 so far and they are working fine. I made the same modification as others by removing the way too long set screws and replacing them with 1/4" by 1/4" coarse thread grub screws. I have also picked up some extra 1/2" by 20 nuts to use on the shaft for those things I want held out nearer the end.

The two shaft screws are a bit long in my opinion. Otherwise it seems like a nice product. It does the job I want it too. It does feel kind of cheap, but I don't suspect any quality issues due to that.

I got this to go on a motor I had to attach a wire wheel. It looked great but I had to drill out the center a bit to get it to fit on the shaft. If your shaft is right size you will have to make hole in the end a little bigger so if you don't mind doing this it works just fine.
