These aren’t something that I use everyday, but they are super helpful & easy to use when attaching things on thin sheet metal or other material.I was recently installing some hardware on my aluminum Jon boat & used a number of these. Be mindful when installing aluminum rivnuts that they’re quite soft & it’s easy to over tighten & break them when installing. Once installed you have a strong secure point to attach hardware.
