This 14"x6.5" snare drum bag offers good protection with 10mm padding and a snug fit. It’s lightweight, easy to carry, and does the job for short travel or local gigs.However, for the price, more durable materials or added compartments would be appreciated. A decent option, but slightly overpriced for what it offers.

I was just looking for something to basically prevent my vintage Pearl snare from getting scratched up. I've had it since 1971, and it has survived many years of use.This cover is decently made, and has enough padding to protect the finish and heads from inadvertent bumps. If you wanted more protection for cheap, you could just add some cardboard or luan circle cutouts to give the heads a little more protection. But for the money, this is going to fit my needs perfectly. Five stars.

This bag is sturdy, zippers are double-stitched, handle is well-stitched as well. The bag itself is sized right - snug, but leaves enough room if you have an oversized snare strainer. I have a 5” snare and an 6” snare and the 6.5” bag fits them both just fine. The felt inside is synthetic but soft enough to protect your finish, and the padding is adequate for most applications.The only downsides are that there’s no shoulder strap (which in decades of hauling drums gig to gig, I’ve rarely used) and no separate zipper pouch for extra heads, but you can easily put one on top of your snare if you carry them that way. I’ve had (and have) fancier and more expensive bags, but if you’re trying to fill a need on a budget, this is a great bag.

Simple thin soft case for 14x6.5" snare drum. Perfect case with an extra inch or two so loading the snare in isn't too tight of a fit and difficult to do. No branding/print on the case, attached handle, perfect fit, probably wouldn't save a drum on a big drop. Perfect for storage preventing dust and whatnot or transporting in a car to a gig. Very pleased!

The Niu Kako 14"x6.5" Snare Drum Bag arrived vacuum packaged and in great condition. The note on the bag recommends up to 24 hours for the padding to fully decompress. My photos are within the first couple hours and the bag was already useful and has become more rigid and less wrinkled since then. The bag itself has good padding and nice construction for a value bag and has exceeded my expectations for the price point.

Very well made case at a most excellent price point. Fits my snare perfectly, has a decent amount of padding and while it might not be an anvil case, it’s more then good enough to protect my the chrome from getting scratched up when hauling my gear to practice (plus it also fits my drum throne so I might be getting another.)
