Perfect fit and seal, however, the chrome wasn’t as shiny as I was expecting. So, I’d give the chrome finish an 8 out of 10

After 3 years the chrome has fallen off it looks as if I would have found it in a junk yard I have to keep it on my truck so I have to get under there and paint it

Bought this cover due to a striped filler plug. Looks good lines up and even has cut-out for brake line mounts on top bolt holes. Unfortunately the fill plug in the cover is much lower lower than the factory one. Ended up having to remove the original plug and install new plug. Did not even need to buy this after doing this. Looks good and fits great, just not useful to use the fill plug in it.I have a chevy 10 bolt 8.5 gears.

Cover was more than I expected for the price. Rebuilding rear end and have to replace cover because of hole where rusted through. Stock replacement cover was more than I could afford at this time. This chrome cover was half the price and looks a lot better. Thanks !
