Previously owned this in black but dropped it and cracked it so I ordered a replacement.

This is my second purchase, I have used this for 6 months. Coffee aroma and beans keep well even in humid conditions of Singapore. I buy 1kg bags of coffee, so two containers will hold all the beans after I open the bag. Just be careful NOT to press the button on the lid when lifting the canister to avoid it opening and beans spilling out.

I have used Coffee Vac products for decades & can attest to their ability to get all the air & light out. My only niggle is that the tops have been made more flimsy & have cracked ~ rendering them useless

It took me a while to find the right size and brand but these hermetically sealed containers are amazing. I buy large boxes of indian tea, these keep my tea grinds super fresh and aromatic. Can't live without it!I recommend replacing it every 10 years, around then it becomes difficult to open and close.

Unfortunately arrived damaged probably not the senders fault but these are quite brittle and will damage easily.

We like having fresh coffee beans to grind making coffee. This container has a clean look on the counter and easy to clean and keeps the coffee fresh. With use over time you may need to wash the container since the coffee oils may build up along the lip making a bit of a challenge to take the lid. However once washed its no longer a problem. I also gave them as gifts and it was really appreciated.

I’ve used this for two months now with no loss of vacuum seal. So, I believe it works like it should and made well. I still keep the coffee in the packaging it came in inside the container for an extra sealant.

This keeps my coffee fresh and is the perfect size. I find it a bit difficult to open (due to the vacuum) and wish that it had a bit of a handle somewhere on the top to help with that.

This is a great product. My wifi got one and I was amazed at the simplicity of how the vacuum seal worked by using just the tolerance of the plastic and not using rubber seals. The container looked so much better than the ugly Folgers can sitting on the counter. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about the design and functionality. HOWEVER, i'm giving this one star until the Coffeevac marketing team gets the message to NOT PUT one of those impossible to get off stickers directly on the top of the unit!!! You know, the paper kind that leave behind the paper residue and are impossible to get off. I started to physically scrap the residue off but was worried it would scratch the top. I then resorted to nail polish remover, but, guess what? The nail polish remover chemically etched the top surface as it reacted with the plastic. I wiped the nail polish remover over the entire top so it would at least be a matte finish rather than a shinny blochy mess. Other than that, this product is 5 starts.TL:DR - Great product design, simple, and aesthetically pleasing. It get's 1 star because the marketing team put an impossible to remove sticker on the top and the nail polish remover I had to use chemically etched the surface.

Nice. Inexpensive. I wanted something to keep air out. It closes tightly. The top fits over an incised area in the top. The black square you see in the picture is a button that releases air. If you pull on the top without pressing the button the top will be held by the vacuum you are attempting to create.I'm not that picky for the price and that it succeeds in being air tight. It will let air/C02 out but not in, they say. The top and lower parts fit precisely, much like some expensive ($200-300) pewter 'double lid' containers for tea I've seen. I have a small one for green tea. This is even tighter because you need to use the release valve to close it.Cons:1. Not that good looking. It's a plain large white plastic container. I thought about stickers or decals or painting it, but I keep it in a cupboard out of the light because I'm not sure the white plastic keeps out light.2. Of all things, the label on the top was off-center. That's your company! Your image. Can't you get the label centered?
