I used it for a Halloween party it was easy to install and uninstall. I would recommend it if you are using it for short-term use since I only used it for a couple of hours I'm not sure how it will do with long term.

My black light bulb burned out so I ordered this, and it arrived in 2 days in perfect condition packed very well. The bulb works fine but it projects light that’s brighter and I would say harsher than a traditional black light bulb. Overall Im glad that I got this though

I bought it and stored it for a few months because I had the original light bulb still good , but when I opened the package and started to use it the first one lasted a week & burned out the second one only 2 days that was a total loss of money I would not recommend it to anyone one

I am only familiar with the deep purple colored bulb for a 'black light'. I wasn't sure until I plugged them into my 18" lamp whether they would cause my artwork to fluoresce (I use fluorescent medium on highlighted areas such as a water drop, etc.) Much to my surprise it worked fine.
