This is a very good ladder and compact for storage. The only drawback is no matter how high it is extended. The first step to the first run is excessive very difficult to attain without something to stand on.

I absolutely love this ladder. It’s sturdy and gives me the ability to work on all my projects inside and outside and then lets me store it safely inside without taking up space . I highly recommend it .. it’s made of thick material and is an excellent necessity for one’s home .

I've been climbing ladders almost daily for 10+ years and this is the most unsteady ladder i've ever used, it wobbles and moves a lot, it feels like its going to break, scary, i do not recommend it for people with no experience using ladders. It helped me get the job done yes, but i won't use it anymore

Cool idea, tried mine b4 using and bottom rung broke won't latch back in. I am with in the weight limit so kinda strange maybe I got a defective oneUpdate* the company customer service was great they helped me with my bad ladder and replaced with a good and the new one works as described great affordable ladder.

Purchased this for gutter cleaning and small home projects. Works awesome for 1st story gutters, but too woobly for 2nd story. The more the ladder is extended, the more unstable it becomes. However, it’s easy to store and carry and it works great for small jobs. I really like this ladder, but it does get a little shaky when it’s fully extended.

I have 19ft vaulted ceilings in portions of my new home and needed a ladder to access some of the light bulbs to upgrade to LED...Unfortunately, most 20ft ladders are extremely heavy, expensive, and space consuming when not being used. I decided to purchase this telescoping ladder because it was a good price and easy to store.Let me first state...it did the job, but likely at the cost of a few days of my life. The ladder bends quite a bit, and is shaky as you climb. It is extremely nerve wracking as you ascend 20ft into the air using this ladder. As I clung for dear life with every step my heart raced as the ladder bent, swayed, and creaked. I kept my chest and hips as close to the ladder as possible as I reached the top only to find reaching out or above you to change a light bulb made it even less stable. My wife squealed in alarm as the ladder bent and swayed and looked as if it would break at every adjustment. THe look of pure terror on both of our faces.But the lights are changed...and I was able to climb up and down multiple times to change all the bulbs soooo....it does the job.
