This did take a while to arrive, but it did come on time (it took about 10 days from time I ordered to time it arrived, but that is what it stated when I ordered) I was concerned that it would not be in good condition due to the long time shipping but everything looks good to me.. This was my first time ordering frogbit, so I can't speak to others or the healthiness of it compared to others but I am very happy with it. I split it between two tanks, and am seeing which it grows better in ( one is in a 60 gal tank, one in my 3gal mini tank) I've only had it 2 days so far so cant say to the longevity, but the plant did come in looking healthy and green, with some shoots growing off some. The roots I trimmed off and placed them in the tanks. In all I would recommend buying .. 👍🏼

Arrived mostly with half leaves dead. Roots completely rotted. I think there were more than 20 leaves, but 2 weeks later, I only have one plant. And it doesn’t look like it’s gonna make it.

Good stuff. I happily received a little more than I was expecting. Looking forward for them to take root. I would purchase again, but assuming the frogbit takes off, I won't need to.

20+ plants arrived mostly alive and vibrant green but with no roots that hadn’t disintegrated in shipping, which did take a while. I separated the plants and kept them in a separate water container with some Seachem for a couple weeks then added them slowly to my tank. They are now healthy and growing strong. Would purchase again.

Package arrived USPS on a crazy snow day here in Colorado. I was surprised to see the amount of extra pads that were shipped.I floated the bag to acclimate and then added to the environment, all the roots fell off and then I understood the extra. I immediately began to manicure and kept that up for a few days (just flipping them upright and removing dying or decay.)I lost maybe 20% of original shipment and still have way more than advertised. The Frog Bit has healthy 1/4 to 1/2 inch roots and is multiplying. not 3 weeks in and I am very satisfied with the purchase.Great buy easy care beautiful addition to the tank & my Gourami loves it

*update* I've had these for a month and after the first week the root growth was amazing then bam now I'm infested with tiny snails they are on everything. This frog bit is the only thing that had been put in this tank in months so the eggs must have been on them. Not only do I now have the snails but they are eating the frog bit so this just became a big waste of money.* Well I discovered that if the leaves get wet they disintegrate and melt away, maybe it was in the description I don't know but word of warning if you have too much surface movement these won't last.* So glad I gave these a chance. A snowstorm held up the plants a few so I was afraid of what would show up. When I first put these in my tank all the roots had fallen off instantly, it was a mess however 24hrs later I couldn't believe it but roots were already going now this is a new tank so it's full of fertilizer so I'm thinking that help but these were healthy enough to bounce back that fast. I can't wait for this week to pass to see how much they grow.

I received my plants today. They took about a week to arrive. I was expecting slightly faster shipping as they are live plants. I did receive an ample amount however about 20% of the plants had yellowed leaves and many of the contents of the little baggie they came in were just leaves themselves with no stem attached. Also there was quite a decent amount of algae attached to some of the plants. I am not too worried about this however. The biggest thing that I noted was that none of these plants had any root system they had all seemed to be cut off at the point the leaves attach. If you are not aware these plants can grow a 2-10" root system which can look great and acts as a food intake for the plants. I am overall satisfied as these are not an easy plant to get a hold of.I will edit this post later once the plants have established in my tank and update with growth. Attached you will find a photo of what the shipment looked like when I first opened the package.
