I bought this to replace a digitizer that was a year old. This one didn’t work correctly right out of the box but I used it until another one came. The replacement screen is as bad or worse than the first one. Parts of the screen do not react to touch at all, and some icons are jittering on the screen without touching it at all. Totally useless.

Don't waste your money on this, it looks nice and was fairly easy to install but the screen sensitivity is so out of wack, you touch the screen in place and it pushes something on the other side of the screen, you push some where else and it thinks your not touching anything and I can no longer change my radio presets because it doesn't recognize when you try to hold a button, my GPS is now useless because it's impossible to enter an address in

It works as intended but the LCD screen was the issue. If the LCD screen been functioning this new digitizer would have been perfect.

Just finished installing this screen in 2018 Jeep Trackhawk to replace the factory screen after common delaminating issue drove me nuts. This product is an exact match / fit, easy to install in less than an hour (YouTube video), and as good or better quality than original. Packaging is solid, so no shipping damage issues and it is exactly centered (did not experience the screen offset issue mentioned in other reviews). Absolutely recommend this replacement screen and you will love it!! Especially considering you can get it for less than 10% of the cost to replace the entire head unit / bezel (~$2,800). Will post an update if I run into any issues down the road, but I say buy this without hesitation.

I've had this in my Jeep for a few weeks now. When setting up the EQ for the radio recently, it was selecting parts of the screen I wasn't touching. When I took it out to take a closer look I also noticed they seller sent me an 02 version when it was supposed to be an 03 version. Straight up garbage!

Installed in 2018 RAM 1500 Hemi and upon receiving it part # was (03) instead of (02) with the seller stating that it's an upgrade. Display was off-center and no calibration options and touchscreen didn't work the first install. Took it apart again and add a couple of washers to the 6 screws holding the radio unit and everything work once installed the 2nd time. I didn't return it since I didn't want to go through the headache of taking everything apart again. Seller responded to question but was no help.

After waiting only one day for the new digitzer, it showed up this evening. This was a replacement for my 2018 Jeep compass trailhawk, the digitizer had started delaminating shortly after purchase 3 years ago. I had everything set up ready for install when it got here. It works perfectly, and I'm a complete newbie when it comes to car electronics. Highly recommend!
