🔵How to use:
1. Press the fastener and aim the hook to the preformed hole, then put the hook in, when you hear a “clack”, loose the fastener, installation completed.

3. It also can be a short ladder with just use several steps. Please open the steps from top and keep the bottom steps gathered.

We tried the ladder one time and it was not what we were expecting for a ladder that's suppose to be convenient. First off, the ladder is a lot heavier than anticipated. It still has the same weight as other compact ladders but due to a smaller size, it's a little harder to move around.Next, the setup is a lot more difficult since each leg and step has its own clamp. So it makes it a two-person job to open the ladder vs one person. After setup, the ladder seemed pretty wobble and unstable especially for the heights that we needed to get to (around 10-12ft to replace an air filter in our vaulted ceilings).We decided that we were not happy with the product and tried returning it and the seller is not cooperative or wanting to accept the return at all. After multiple attempts to return this item, they finally allowed us to return it but made us PAY for shipping the item back since it was a "customer issue" and not a "product issue". I'm still working with Amazon to refund us the $68 in returning the item to them. Please be cautious when purchasing this item and understand the issues you might have with returning this item.

Mine came a little damaged, which I guess is expected considering the weight of it and the work ethic of the delivery guys. The place where the stabilizer bar goes got bent during shipping but too minor of an issue to go through the trouble to get a replacement. Otherwise I'm very impressed with it, its good strong material and easy to use. Seems a little dangerous to use for like an everyday job, I can imagine someone who has to use this a lot would get frustrated with making sure every rung isn't going to slinky on you every single time you use it, which is not a big deal for me I will only need it a few times a year which is why I like the "compact" idea of this ladder. I got the steel A-Frame version of the ladder and over all satisfied! Would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the damage on the stabilizer bar slot.

Overall a good ladder. Works best inside on a flat smooth floor, somewhat wobbly when used outside on the dirt ground. Works great for what I need and was a great deal for the price.
