These lights are fairly bright and for the amount of battery they use are nice to have. However, other lights of this style are brighter and more versatile. These lights are not dimmable and can not be turned off and on by touching them. However, they are also cheaper than the others.

These are not bad LED lights which do give off enough light to act as an emergency light or a reading light. I have several 5 volt power supplies that I keep around the house in case the power goes out. I used some double-sided tape to attach one of these to each power bank so that they will be available if needed.I was surprised at how little power they drew from the power bank.These aren't the best quality LED light units but at only about fifty cents each, they arent bad.

I chuck these in everything I own. Every back pack, every camera bag, the truck, a few emergency kits, anywhere I keep batteries because these are practically indestructible, low draw and the ones I bought a few years ago are still going strong in my kitchen.
