When this item arrived, it was damaged. As it is plastic, and presumed was formed in a mold, I assume that the flaw was a result of the manufacturing process. In any event, they should not have shipped a damaged item. I requested an exchange, and when the replacement finally arrived, it was flawless. In the meantime, however, I was repeatedly, mistakenly informed that they couldn’t find the replacement order, and would not be shipping a replacement. Then it arrived. All is well now, but not the level of service I would expect, by a long shot.
