A: The camera supports both 5G and 2.4Ghz WiFi, please try to switch WiFi for testing.
If problem remains, please try to make the connection by bluetooth.
Q: Do I need to pay cloud service fee to use this camera?
A: No, our camera does not require a monthly fee unless you purchase cloud service for recording. If you do not need recording or use a Micro SD card/TF card, you don't need to pay any fees.
Q: Why I was asking to input info when downloading the app?
A: There may be some ads from App Store when downloading apps, please ignore all these ads. Our camera will never ask customers for any privacy info except email or phone number as username for creating the account.
Q: How do I cancel my cloud service subscriptions?
A: For iphone users, please contact Apple. For android users, please send your device ID and bill to us.

Exactly what I needed. It plugs into an existing lamp but also has an adapter to plug it into the wall. It paired perfectly with another set of cameras I had and uses the same app, so I conveniently made a home surveillance system to watch my cats when I’m not home. It’s a great way to make sure they’ve eaten.

It runs on 5GHz WiFi, which means zero lag, and the 360° pan and tilt lets me see every inch around my house right from my phone. The AI human detection is smart no more alerts for squirrels and the two-way talk is loud and clear. Easiest install ever: just screw it in, connect, and you’re good. I use this camera on my door for the security of my home, I can see and hear everything that happens in front of my door. I love it because you don't need to pay to configure, it's very easy to install, just connect and download the application and in just minutes you're using your new camera. The video quality is very good even at night. It has sound and sounds perfect, you can also talk. With the application you can rotate the camera 360 degrees.

This 2K Light Bulb Security Camera is pretty solid for what it costs. Setup was straightforward, and it connected easily to my 5GHz Wi-Fi. The 360° PTZ rotation gives good coverage, and the color night vision is clearer than expected. AI human detection works decently, occasionally picks up pets, but not too often. Two-way talk is a nice touch and works well enough for basic use. For a budget-friendly option, it’s a good value and does the job for basic home monitoring.

I really like the type of transportation. The product arrived without harming me. It is very successful in terms of price performance. The installation is very simple. You can apply by scanning the qr code from the paper that comes out. Having two heads is also very suitable for hiding. I also liked the quality of the image very much, it is very successful. You can also send a voice message and control your child or pet. I say advice. It is a very comfortable and comfortable product. Since there is a constant fiste, there is no need to think about the battery spine.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Gianteye 2K Light Bulb Security Camera. Setup was truly simple — just screw it into a standard light socket, connect to Wi-Fi (yes, it supports 5GHz, which many similar cameras don’t!), and use the app to configure it. The app interface is intuitive, and the camera connected without a hitch.

Recommend for outdoor. Its waterproof but I don't trust it. Application works well and it's has a motion detection we got this for our backyard and it's works well for us. Also it's comes with plug in so you can use both ways i.e. bulb and plug in. Just need perfect view and good to go. Sounds quality is best. This camera works on wifi so that's nice.

5 Star….Excellent Camera.... The Customer who entered the Review that this product will costs you money to use....and for that gave 1 Star....that reviewer was WRONG. You DO NOT need to Pay out any money to use the camera. During the Setup the EseeCloud App that this camera connects to will prompt you to an Option to subscribe to Cloud service after a Free Trial period, during setup you only need to click on SKIP. The Reviewer clearly failed to follow the Setup prompts and had he done so...he would have seen SKIP...and would not have written you must pay for a service to use the Camera. IF you want to save activity to the Cloud service then of course you have that option to subscribe to the Cloud service for a fee. You can Save Activity by inserting an SD Card into the camera. I elected to Skip the Cloud Service, I primarily use the camera for Real Time Monitoring. The camera can be setup to alert you to movement....I tried out that feature and it worked fine. I was very impressed with all features of the camera...from Setup to Use. Setup took under 2 minutes....I already had the EseeCloud app installed on my Phone as I had an older camera in use that used this app. The Eseecloud App found this camera almost instantly. Since my WiFi was already saved in the App I did not need to enter its ID again...total setup time...under 1 Minute. I particularly like that the camera will connect to 5G...most security cameras only connect with 2.4. The Picture quality is Outstanding....with the App you can move this camera up and down...and swivel it 360 degrees. The Movements are smooth and the Picture remains in focus. It is rated for Outside use IP65 Waterproof...wish I had a Light Bulb receptacle outside to place this camera into. Actually, I am so impressed with the camera I may install a Receptacle Outside to accommodate the camera. My exterior Porch Lights are LED sealed lights that will not accommodate a screw in Camera. You have heard the term in the PC world, Plug and Play...the cameras’ are Screw in and Play... There is simply nothing, to include the Price, not to like about the camera....buy them you will not be disappointed for sure.
