Has sticky pad on bottom so pad doesn’t disappear down to the toe part of shoe. Makes a big difference. I ordered more.

I have bone spurs throughout my body n live with chronic pain. Walking while using these gives me some comfort. They stay in place, feel cool to the touch n can switch them to different shoes. Order came in perfect n on time and I’m going to buy more to keep these in hand to share with others who need it.

These Plantar Fasciitis Heel Cups are easy to use and offer lasting comfort. I place them in my shoes every morning, and I notice how much lighter my feet feel throughout the day. The heel cups fit snugly, adding cushioning right where I need it, particularly under my heel. I appreciate that the material is both soft and durable, which gives just the right balance of comfort and support. These heel cups are amazing. If your running around, or wearing uncomfortable shoes, you need these. I’ve been using them for a while now, and I love how much they’ve helped me.The first thing I noticed when I started using these heel cups was how comfortable they are. They’re made of this awesome gel material that feels really soft but also supportive. It molds perfectly to the shape of your foot, so it feels like it was made just for you. I wear them inside my sneakers, and it’s like so comfortable. The heel cups absorb the pressure from standing or walking, so I don’t feel tired at all. Even after running laps in gym, my feet feel fine!Another thing I love about these heel cups is that they fit into all my shoes. I’ve tried them in my sneakers, boots, and even my slightly fancy shoes for special occasions. They work great in all of them! Sometimes, I used to avoid wearing certain shoes because they didn’t have enough cushioning, but now I can wear whatever I want.

These gel heel cups do a nice job of providing support and cushioning for heel spurs and other heel pain. The half size of the insole makes it perfect to use in shoes that fit too snugly with full size insoles. The cups have an adhesive on the bottom so using them is easy, you just peel and stick! I used these on a pair of very cute clearance boots that have absolutely no foot support of any kind, but are too tight if I add a pair of regular cushioned insoles. The heel cups provide excellent cushioning for the heel without making the boots too tight! They also stick quite well. I walked around the block a few times in the boots and the heel cups never moved or slid around. It's a great value for 2 pairs!

I'm torn on these. On the plus side, they are very well made and seem very durable. The price for two pairs is very competitive. It's a gel pad with a very slight amount of give, so if you are used to softer inserts this may take some practice to get used to when walking. The firm texture also keeps it from being a smooth transition in the rest of your shoe.I tried them in several pairs of shoes without applying the adhesive to see if I could get a good fit without cutting the inserts. I also wanted to make sure they would be a good, comfortable fit before I peeled off the adhesive. Yes, that's another drawback. The adhesive means you have to pretty much commit to one pair of shoes for these as there is no grip or traction to keep the insert in place otherwise.Even once I peeled off the adhesive and put them in my favorite slip-on shoes, I had trouble walking with them due to the slippery feeling. I was inadvertently adjusting the way I walked to counteract the slipping. I wound up taking them out.I may try them again in a pair of hard-sided shoes, like boots or Mary Janes, instead of softer sided canvas shoes and sneakers. They seem to work better in a shoe that does not have as much wiggle room.Overall, a well-made product but probably limited in the types of shoes you can use with these.

So I'm just not sure on these heel cups.They are really well made and I think they will last for a while. I like they have the adhesive to stay in place, the problem for me is I live in Florida and wear lightweight shoes a lot. I'm small and wear a size 7 shoe so these feel a bit to thick for me. If these came in a bit thinner version I think that would work better for me. I think a bigger person that wears a more enclosed shoe like a lace up these would be perfect. I'm totally impressed though by the quality.
