The Aubanak Foot and Calf Stretcher For Physical Therapy is a comfortable way to help you stretch your foot and calf. As someone who suffers from plantar fasciitis, I was eager to see if this would provide some relief. The piece is well built, easy to put on and adjust with its Velcro straps, and looks like an enhanced yoga strap with an additional foot piece while the strap is sturdy and feels comfortable in my hands. I could give my leg a good stretch and I feel that it has helped me. The manufacturer stated that it can also help with other foot ailments including heel spurs and Achilles tendonitis. The manufacturer noted that the piece can be hand washed and lay flat in a cool place to air dry. They stated to not dry at high temperature, iron, dry clean, wrung dry, or use bleach or softeners. The manufacturer also included a pair of arch support braces. These have a wide band elastic that is easy to slide onto my foot and has a firm yet comfortable material piece that provides a good support to one's arches. All of the items look just like the product photos on Amazon. The price at the time this review was written is very fair given the quality of the set. It is Made in China. Overall, I am happy with this product and know that it will get a lot of use in my home.

I've tried a few stretching straps but I find this one best for my fasciitis because it stretches not just the foot and calf but the toes as well. I really need that bend on the big toe to properly stretch the fascia, and many stretchers just bend at the ankle without working the toe as well. So this one is a keeper for me.

I ordered this stretching band to help with certain stretches. It is easy to use and requires very little set up. The manual has some recommendations, but I just follow a personal routine.It fit my foot (US women's size 6) and height (5'1") perfectly fine.

Helps stretch without having ya stand up.Useful to have if you can't stand and stretch your legs that easily.

This product is well-suited for assisting with Yoga leg stretches. It is adjustable to fit any foot size and supports a variety of stretching movements, proving effective for certain stretches. However, it has some drawbacks: the heel support is quite basic and not very secure. Additionally, compared to similar products, it limits the range of dorsiflexion stretches and provides insufficient support for the top of the foot.

Have multiple reasons why I was interested in a safe foot and calf stretcher I can use at home. Even I was able to use it as described on the page. Seems well constructed and sturdy. Does have sufficient padding at foot area to make it comfortable. Believe this will hold up well. Would say this is as described.

This stretching strap is nice. It works as expected and is relatively well made. All in all, this is a good product. I'd buy this again and would recommend it to anyone interested in it.
