This is something I never thought I would need but as I get older, I am having more and more issues when I wake up in the morning, I can barely walk. I was told that I am starting to get plantar fasciitis, so I purchased the splint in the hopes to help. It comes with two footless socks, so the splint doesn’t rub against your barefoot. You wear the splint at night to help in the morning. The splint itself is heavily padded and everything is Velcro with very soft Velcro. It is a little awkward to put on and it only comes with 1 foot so if you have problems with both your feet, you have to purchase two of them when you first get it you only wear it 30 minutes at a time until you get used to it. I was very impressed by this and yes, it does make you sore in the beginning and it says it can take 2 to 4 months to get the maximum benefits, but I am happy that I am at least trying something. It is comfortable to wear and gives you great support.

I like this product for its cushioning and supports the foot through. This gives relief from the pain on ankle and heel. Happy with Good Quality Splint; except that the socks cannot be used for Adults with wide leg.

I read all the reviews before buying so I really expected better.Stretchability: None. It is very rigid and if your calves are bigger than a child's this will not fitComfort: If you do manage to get all the velcro closed it is very uncomfortable around the calf and the top of the ankleEase of use: See comfort and StretchabilitySupport: None as it is too rigid to conform to your foot and provide adequate support to the arch and toesPain relief: None as it doesn't workOverall this was a massive disappointment and I now see why folks pay money to have splints custom made.Returned.

I got this brace to help with my foot pains after being on my feet all day working. I strap it to my foot for an hour each night and it had given me such relief! I highly recommend it! It is easy to put on and adjust. It's comfortable to wear while I wind down watching TV at the end of the day. So nice!

This foot splint is super comfy and eases my pain from plantar fasciitis. It fits just right and is lightweight and has great arch support. This splint adjusts easily with the velcro and is made of durable material. It was super easy to figure out how to put it on which makes it even better!

"That morning heel pain from plantar fasciitis was awful. This Upgrade 3 Adjustable Night Splint has been a lifesaver! The adjustable bar let me customize the stretch, and even after the first few nights, the morning pain was noticeably better. It took a little getting used to sleeping in, but it's comfortable enough. Definitely recommend if you're looking for real relief from plantar fasciitis and even Achilles tightness!"
