This product is very difficult to clean, some gaps are easy to hide dirt, but it is difficult to clean up, a long time is particularly dirty, not recommended to buy.

I got this because my doctor recommended it. It has what I'm assuming is supposed to be arch support but it's rather painful for someone who has flat feet. I tried to endure it thinking I'd get used to it but woke up in the middle of the night in pain. It's uncomfortable to begin with but the bump on the sole hurts after a while.

This item just arrived today and apparently I didn't realize this is not a pair, and instead it is just one splint, just FYI.
