Nice case at a reasonable price, but unfortunately, the strap is far too long for our applications, thus the unit falls off our hatchet. Plan on adding a snap to the long strap. Wish the manufacturer provided an extra snap, for those who want to use this on a hatchet.

The leather is thick, edges are joined well, and they work well for the intended purpose and the sheath edges do not permeate the covers.

Used for a couple 5” axe blade protectors. THEY ARE NOT LEATHER. They almost feel like plastic and one didn’t fit a 5”axe. I used it on a maul instead. If you want REAL leather buy something else. Little disappointed but they were cheap. You get what you pay for.

These look to be well made durable sheaths. They fit the Antique Rigging axes I've restored quite well, but will need some strap modification, it would be cool if you offered an adjustable strap or left the button to be customer riveted so as to be customizable.
