These worked great to fix holiday inflatables that no longer fully inflated. I assumed the problem was the fans but it turns out the power supply was the culprit. I recommend getting the option with the included wire (if that is an option - it appears they all come with the wire part now) because even though it looked like the inflatable's wire and plug would fit into the new power supply they did not. Ensure you get the amperage to match the power supply getting replaced or as close as possible. I chose a slightly higher amperage where an exact match was unavailable.The lifetime of our inflatables has been extended a few more years (hopefully) thanks to this inexpensive product.

This item worked well, was hoping it would work with existing cord but plug on end was different so had to replace the cord also. Item worked good.

We had a wicked windstorm right before Christmas, and my inflatable Christmas alpaca lost its plug. I didn't want to trash it, so I figured I'd try to repair it. I'm no electrician, but I've done some basic wiring, so I wasn't too intimidated.This made for a pretty quick solution. I had to connect a couple wires, and added a bit of my own heat shrink tubing to seal it up a bit tighter. I didn't solder the connection at all, but it probably wouldn't hurt if you were so inclined.All told, it was about 10 minutes of effort and my alpaca is back in action.

purchased to replace a 1.5 amp airblown power supply, will have to rewire the inflatable to make it work as the power supply has a drastically larger threading than gemmy. DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR DIRECT REPLACEMENT
