It took about two and half weeks to receive these, but it was worth the wait, because they’re just what I wanted. As a bread baker, I like to keep a small container of flour handy for dusting the counter before kneading or shaping. I’ve never been fond of the standard aluminum or stainless steel shakers, so when I saw these gold-toned ones, I jumped on them. I do think it’s a misnomer to say that they have screw-on tops, which implies that they’re threaded. They are not. Instead, it’s more of a friction-fit with two small bumps on the lid that fit into two small indentations on the body. It took a couple of minutes to duck-walk the lid up and off; I’m hoping that with use this will become easier, but wanted to mention it for those with hand-challenges.I do like the plastic caps that can be used to keep the contents clean, dry, and (hopefully) bug-free. It’s great to have a second one free for another use, which I haven’t yet decided on. Perhaps some finely sieved nutritional yeast blended with truffle salt for topping popcorn? Whatever it is, I’ll love seeing these in my kitchen. They’re one of the little things that elevate the everyday.

These 2pcs stainless steel powder shaker looks good and durable. They are made of stainless steel, fine mesh lid screw conveniently to the container. They have translucent plastic cover that closely fitted with the container, effectively prevent the moisture and keep the powder dry and fresh. They are easy to use and functional, good for keeping cinnamon, coca, black pepper etc.
