The cord arrived undamaged and is as advertised. The quality appears good. I checked continuity between the two ends and everything seems good. The hot pin of the TT-30 connector is bridged to both hots on the L14-30, which in my case is what I need. I haven’t used it yet, but it appears to be a good value for the price.

This pigtail allows us to convert our Predator 5000 watt generators three prong outlet to the more modern four prong twist lock. The adaptor has a large handle for the male plug end and the female end has a large plug that is easy to handle and plug in.
