Directions. Very poor. Writing so tiny and lightThought the system had an additional whiteCabinet to put the fireplace machine into a decorative item to place into. The picture shows a white cabinetAlso difficult to turn off while running.How and when do you have to drain water? I also didnt know you have to keep a buket of water all the time while macing is running. Are they all like that ?You cant fill vessel and then see a clear windowWhen water is needed? We installed it where we had already constructed for another gas fireplace. It great to have the effect of a fire without actually heating up the house. While there would be times it would be nice to have the heat from a traditional fireplace it's benefits to us are greater that we can use it all the time and even change colors so we can make it fit our Halloween decor.We were excited to find it work great with the smart life app which we already use for all our smart switches.We've been buying distilled water but are going to get a reverse osmosis system. Only change I would make is to turn off the voice that says it's turning on and off.
