It is a little oversized for the standard MM HB cutout size in the pickguard so required a little fit of finesse to fit, but sounds miles better than the factory pickup. I wired it to a 3 way on/on/on switch to have the option of series/single/parallel operation to have a little tonal variety and man this thing just sings. Fantastic lows but the kids and highs shine though very nicely too.

I replaced the stock pickup in a Sterling SUB Ray4 with this. Very tight fit around the mounting screws, but otherwise fine. I wired it to a DPDT switch for series/parallel, but there’s not much difference in the two. As shipped it is wired in series. Red and white wires are connected and should be covered with tape if not connecting to a switch. Green wire is hot and black is ground.
