Great item. You have to be careful when screwing the screws since the material is very sensitive and may create a bigger hole. Everything else is great, flame looks pretty real, has plenty of space behind bottom of the mantel for all your wires and looks really nice when mounted. Although it is not hard to mount, it does have a lot of pieces to place together, including the screws, you will need star screw driver to work with but it looks amazing.

This unit is nice and I wish I could give 5 stars.. but a lot of the holes for the screws did not align at all which made it more difficult to put together having to make holes.

The fireplace works, but putting it together was horrible. Some of the holes did not line up with the middle shelf and part labelled number 10. It was very difficult and we had to improvise to get it to work for us.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to assemble. It said it required two people and I was able to do it by myself. Add's a very beautiful and cozy feel to my living room and puts out nice heat. I love it!

Fire place fits the space nice and puts put a noticeable amount of heat. I was hesitant about the fake fire but it looks decent enough and isn't noticed anymore. Would recommend to anyone looking for an electric fireplace.
