This electric fireplace is everything it claims to be. Keeps a nice steady heat and comes with a straight forward easy to use remote too. Wonderful for small cabins, tiny homes and more. Very efficient and beautiful! We are saving to buy a second one for our bedroom. We feel like this product was a great value. Thank you!

This is a great electric fire place. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the directions were insufficient. When you have to take the glass off you need to slide it upward and then out and that was not mentioned in the directions. However, the mounting was easy and it works great. It comes with a bag of crystals that you can use if you take the logs out. I preferred the logs as it looks a bit more authentic. The various flame colors are really pretty and add such a nice ambiance to any room. Well worth the money! Highly recommend.

Aesthetically this fireplace looks great and is easy to mount. Functionality & integrity were substandard as one of the bolts that holds the glass in place was stripped, it was not able to heat up the 400 sq ft area as stated in the product description and tripped the circuit several times when placed on the highest setting. Ultimately this product was returned & the refund given was not the full amount that I had originally paid.
